Rates: Sessions are typically 50 to 55 minutes long at a rate $120 per session for both individual and couples
Insurance: I am currently accepting insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield and United Healthcare.
Payment: Session fees and co-pays are due at the time of service. Cash, HSA/FSA and all major credit cards are accepted.
Cancellation Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay at fee of $50. Fees are due prior to scheduling additional sessions.
* If you are late to your appointment you are are still responsible for full payment.
** Reduced rate sessions are available on a limited basis.
