Finding a space where you can be authentically yourself can be tough. My primary goal is to make sure the people that I am working with feel fully seen and understood. I meet people where they are, and simultaneously challenge them to identify and address barriers that prohibit growth. As a licensed clinical social worker, my practice focuses on healing clients with matters related to grief, life transitions, and unhealthy or difficult relationships in their lives. I work together with clients to facilitate change and healing within using a person-centered, affirming approach.

Life is a dynamic flux, and it is imperative to develop the skills promoting the ability to adjust and prevail as one navigates change. Human beings are complex and elements of therapy need to tailor to the uniqueness of the person seeking care. It is central for the Individual to find and develop pathways toward health in order to move beyond wounding and fear to a place of hope and understanding. Therapy is a dynamic tool to be utilized as one establishes a sense of healthy connection to the Self, others and to life which leads to growth. The therapeutic alliance, with trust and respect, creates the base for adaptation and change.

Gloria Healy, LCSW (She/Her)

I believe meaningful therapy begins with a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, safety, and authenticity. My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and client-centered, and I tailor therapy to the unique needs, experiences, and goals of each person. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself, heard, and empowered to navigate your personal journey.

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, anger,  relationship challenges, or difficult experiences begin to take up more space than the life you'd like. Together, we will explore what you’re experiencing, build on your strengths, develop insight and resilience, and identify practical, meaningful steps toward healing and growth.

I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you—offering support, guidance, and personalized care along the way. Every person has a unique story, and I believe therapy should reflect that individuality. My hope is to help you feel more confident and equipped to create a life that feels balanced, fulfilling, and authentic to you.

I enjoy working with teens, adults and couples. I am currently credentialing with BCBS and accept private pay.
